In-person Personal Training Packages
(MUST BE AT LOS CAMPEONES GYM IN MINNEAPOLIS, MN)
One-On-One Training
- In-person training at Los Campeones Gym
- Workouts designed for your goals, form checks, weekly progress check-ins, measurements (every 4 weeks), provide entertainment while you feel the burn.
- Nutritional Guidance
- $120 per session or $1000/10 sessions. Prices are Negotiable.
Group Training
- Limited up to 5 people
- Circuit style workouts for groups
- Workouts designed for your goals, form checks, weekly progress check-ins, measurements (every 4 weeks), provide entertainment while you feel the burn.
- Nutritional Guidance
- $100 per session per group (5 people = $20 each, 4 people = 25$ each, 3 people = $30 each, 2 people = $50 each)
Posing
- Learn the fundamental poses of Bodybuilding
- Develop your own style of posing
- Develop a routine for bodybuilding show or own personal reasons
- Options of Skype, FaceTime or In-Person
- $50 per 30 minute sessions or $150 for 4x 30 minute posing sessions
Bodybuilding Prep Packages
- Customized and detailed diet/supplementation plan
- Customized and detailed workout Plan
- Weekly Evalutations
- Step-by-step process to getting on stage (registration, tan, federation card, etc..)
- Post-show support up to 1 month to ensure proper rebound
- 24/7 Availability for support via Text/Email
- *Optional – Weekly Posing Sessions ($50 for each 30 minute session)
Online Coaching Packages
Online coaching is broken up into two groups – Nutrition and Workout.

- Informational Guide to implementing Macros into everyday life

- Will check form if a exercise is uncomfortable or feel the correct muscle group
